Why did a reminder not appear?
Open Settings → Notifications in Haraka and confirm reminders are enabled. Then check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Haraka. Focus, Sleep, notification summary settings, device state, and system delivery decisions can delay or hide a local notification. Haraka does not use remote push notifications.
How do I change reminder times?
Open Settings → Schedule. The free day plan controls your daily rhythm and active hours. Haraka+ adds per-move days, timing, and assigned reminders.
How do rest days work?
You can use a same-day rest whenever you need it, choose recurring rest days, or plan future rest dates. Rest is uncapped and preserves your streak.
How do I manage Haraka+?
Open Settings → Haraka+ to view or restore your subscription. To cancel or change a subscription, use your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Haraka does not cancel an active subscription.
If Haraka+ ends, your data is not deleted. Premium automation pauses and your saved configuration remains on your device for a future restore.
Why is the Watch app locked?
The native Apple Watch app is a Haraka+ feature. iPhone notifications may still mirror to a paired Watch according to Apple's notification behavior. Install the native Watch app from the Watch app on iPhone after Haraka+ is active.
How does Apple Health mirroring work?
Apple Health mirroring is optional and off by default. When enabled, Haraka writes completed movement snacks as short workouts. Haraka never reads Apple Health data. Deleting a mirrored Haraka log also removes the workout Haraka wrote for it.
Where is my data stored?
Haraka stores app data on your iPhone and paired Apple Watch. It has no account, analytics service, advertising service, or server copy. Device backups may include Haraka data under Apple's backup settings.
How do I delete my data?
Haraka has no account to close. Delete Haraka from both iPhone and Apple Watch to remove each installation's local app data. Workouts already written to Apple Health remain under your control in the Health app.
Haraka has no account or sign-in. We will never ask for your password, Apple Account credentials, health records, movement log, or payment details. Compatibility: iPhone: iOS 18.0 or later · Apple Watch app: watchOS 11.5 or later and Haraka+.
